You may obtain information on how to access the Data Warehouse in the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Statement of Responsibility (SOR). There are reports available providing many of the details the MTF may need. MTF dashboards are also available, which detail and illustrate the enrollment and claim utilization data for each MTF. These dashboards are published on a monthly basis and can be found on the MTF Extranet Site. Advanced reporting may be available if the MTF user has advanced technical skills in SQL and Microsoft SSRS. Other Government data systems (such as M2) may be available to the data analyst at your MTF.</p></article></div></div><div class="faq-list__item"><h4 class="faq-list__question">Where can I access the International SOS Medical Record Translation Portal for Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and what types of documents are eligible for translation?</h4><div class="faq-list__answer" style="display: none;"><article class="faq-list__text"><p>Overseas Military Treatment Facility (MTF) staff can access the secure Medical Record Translation Portal <a href="https://top.internationalsos.com/MTF" target="_blank">here</a>.</p>
<p>The following are valid translation requests:</p>
<ul>
<li>Physician treatment notes from an office visit</li>
<li>Consult results</li>
<li>Claims and supporting documentation</li>
<li>Hospitalization and operative summaries</li>
<li>Physician letters summarizing care received</li>
<li>Emergency treatment notes</li>
<li>Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)-approved medical documents older than 365 days</li>
<li>Laboratory results/radiology reports</li>
</ul>
<p>Routine translations will be processed within 10 business days after acceptance. Urgent translations will be processed within two business days after acceptance. Timelines and certification only apply to the following languages: German, Dutch, Flemish, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, Greek, Polish, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Czech, Romanian, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Tagalog.</p>
<p>Please refer to the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Statement of Responsibility (SOR)<i> </i>to understand where to send a request for access to the Medical Records Translation Portal.</p></article></div></div><div class="faq-list__item"><h4 class="faq-list__question">Are Inpatient Medical Management (IMM) and Near Patient Program (NPP) services available 24/7/365?</h4><div class="faq-list__answer" style="display: none;"><article class="faq-list__text"><p>Yes, Inpatient Medical Management Services (IMM) for TRICARE Prime Overseas-enrolled beneficiaries are available 7 days a week and updates are posted to the TOP Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Portal on a Case-By-Case Acuity Driven or Daily basis. Updates for planned admissions will be viewable by the referring MTF while updates for non-referred (unplanned) admissions will be viewable by the MTF of enrollment. MTFs must opt-in to this program to participate in these services. Services vary depending on the chosen IMM participation level. Please refer to your MTF Statement of Responsibility (SOR) to check the participation status of your MTF.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">IMM services are supported 24/7/365 in specific locations by Near Patient Program (NPP) Teams. TRICARE Prime Overseas<strong> </strong>and TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas enrolled<strong> </strong>beneficiaries seeking care in one of the following ten (10) overseas locations around the globe may be eligible for the NPP<strong> </strong>(all other overseas locations will continue to be supported by the TOP Regional Call Centers):</p>

NPP Teams work with overseas civilian providers, Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs), the TRICARE Area Office (TAO), and Combatant Commands (COCOMs), addressing patients’ medical and cultural questions while ensuring a positive experience and quality health care services.</p>

<p>Additionally, International SOS’ TOP Regional Call Center IMM Medical Team is available 24/7/365 to assist in resolving MTF concerns or questions regarding any aspect of medical care IMM patients are/have been receiving at a purchased care sector provider facilities.</p>
