<h2>TRICARE PRIME ENROLLMENT TRANSFERS</h2>
<p>If you are an overseas Active Duty Service Member (ADSM) or Active Duty Family Member (ADFM) moving to a new location, the 'Moving Made Easy' option allows ADSMs and their families to transfer their TRICARE Prime enrollment to a new region with a simple phone call before they move, whether stateside or overseas.</p>
<p>The easiest way to transfer your TRICARE Prime Overseas or TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas enrollment is to call International SOS to begin the process.</p>
<p>Contact your TOP Regional Call Center (see numbers below) and listen carefully to the best option to serve you.</p>

<p>{fontweight=500:Key Things to Do When You Move:}</p>
<ul>
<li>Do not disenroll from any plan before you move, so you are covered while traveling to your new location</li>
<li>Update your new address and phone number in the <a href="http://www.tricare.mil/deers" target="_blank">Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)</a> when you get to your new location</li>
<li>If you are enrolled in TRICARE Prime and
<ul>
<li>move within the same TRICARE region: change your primary care manager</li>
<li>move to another TRICARE region: transfer enrollment to your new region</li>
</ul></li>
<li>Active Duty Service Members must enroll in a TRICARE Prime Overseas or TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas option</li>
<li>Active Duty Family members must be command-sponsored to enroll in a TRICARE Prime Overseas option overseas</li>
