TRICARE Standard beneficiaries who reside in the Philippines and who seek care within
the designated demonstration areas identified in Phase I-II should use this search
tool to find an Approved Demonstration Provider.
Within Philippine Demonstration areas, if you do not seek care from an Approved
Demonstration Provider and you do not receive a waiver, you will be responsible
for the full cost of care.
If you get care outside of the Philippine Demonstration area, TRICARE will only
cost share the claim if the Provider is certified. If you need to choose a non-Certified
Provider outside of the Demonstration area, TRICARE will cost share the claim if
the provider successfully meets the certification criteria.
Pharmacy, dental, and Philippine Red Cross blood processing
services are not included in the Philippine Demonstration. For these services, beneficiaries
should continue to select Philippine Certified Providers from this search tool.
The Philippine Red Cross is certified at the corporate level and all branches related
to the Philippine Red Cross are certified Philippine-wide. If you need assistance

Pharmacy Certification Update:
Mercury Drug, Rose Pharmacy and Watsons Pharmacy are certified at their corporate
level. Beneficiaries should confirm valid pharmacy location through the corporate
websites of Mercury Drug, Rose Pharmacy and Watsons Pharmacy.
Philippines Pharmacy Changes:
- Manson Drug is no longer certified as of Oct 1, 2011.
- South Star Pharmacy is no longer certified as of November 1, 2011.
- Claims with a date of service before these dates will be honored and processed by
the TOP Claims Processor.
Effective September 1, 2011, reimbursement
of pharmaceuticals in the Philippines will only be cost-shared when purchased at
a TRICARE certified licensed retail pharmacy or TRICARE certified hospital-based
pharmacy. Pharmaceuticals purchased from and/or billed by your healthcare provider’s
office will no longer be cost-shared by TRICARE.
** Please note that the Philippine Approved/Certified Provider
list will continue to be updated, to ensure the most comprehensive access to medical
care for TRICARE beneficiaries residing in the Philippines. We strive to update
the Philippine Approved/Certified Provider list on the 1st and 15th of each month.
If the 1st or 15th falls on a federal holiday or weekend, the list will not be updated
until the next business day.
